Previously from another company and part of a team made up of three bakers, I decided to be brave and venture out on my own. I subsequently founded Cake Addiction at the start of 2016.

 

Originally from France, I have always had great enthusiasm and joy making cakes. Over the years I have made many, mostly for special ocassions. Being a rather dramatic person myself, I like to inject some of this drama and the inevitably inherited flair and sophistication that is usually associated with French patisserie, into my creations.

Coming from a strong and traditional French family I am proud of my roots but I also like to experiment with my quirkier side.

There is nothing better than seeing someone's face light up when you present them with a cake that you have lovingly made.

A gift of cake can have a powerful effect.
